Please be sure to take a color photograph of the original identification document using a smartphone.
Photographs of photocopies and black-and-white images cannot be used as identification documents.

● File size: 5MB or less per file

● File type: Only “jpeg” and “jpg” files can be uploaded.

• - To avoid glare, please do not use a flash and take pictures in a bright room with stable lighting.
• - To prevent blurring and reduce the file size, take photographs using close-up mode or close to the document.

Please check the following before uploading your photograph:

• - The image is in focus, the exposure is appropriate, and descriptions are legible
• - The entire document is in the picture
• - The address is the same as the address you used when applying to open an account
• - The document is valid
• - There is not too much white space around the document
