Policy Regarding Anti-Social Forces
Tokyo Star Bank has established the following policy to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces.
- 1Tokyo Star Bank shall maintain internal processes for dealing with antisocial forces.
- 2We shall take a resolute stance against antisocial forces that threaten the order and safety of civil society and shall sever all relationships with such forces.
- 3We shall, as an organization, cooperate with external specialized organizations to reject any unreasonable demands by antisocial forces by taking a firm stance, including legal action.
- 4We shall not provide funds to antisocial forces.
- 5We shall provide guidance and training to our officers and employees to ensure that they are able to take appropriate actions against antisocial forces in a timely manner and will ensure that they are fully informed on how to exclude antisocial forces.
