  • *You can check your total assets and balances by category displayed on the home screen of Tokyo Star Bank Star Direct for JPY savings accounts, JPY time deposits, and foreign currency time deposits (foreign currency time deposit balances are converted to yen).
    Currently, foreign currency savings accounts are not shown in inquiries, so please check your monthly transaction statement.

Deposit and Withdrawal Statement Inquiries
Service details You can check the transaction history of your registered main account for up to 10 years, starting from the date you completed online sign-up (Registration to Use Internet banking).
The maximum inquiry period is one year (e.g., from December 1, 2025 to December 1, 2026).
If the number of statements exceeds 200, please change the inquiry period and search again.

Eligible Customers

Customers who meet the following two conditions can use this service.

Customers with a non-resident (retail) account

Customers with a non-resident (retail) JPY savings account are eligible.

Customers living in the following countries and regions

This service is available to customers whose registered address with Tokyo Star Bank is in the following countries or regions:

  • Taiwan
  • Hong Kong
  • Hawaii (United States)
  • Singapore

Application Process from Registration to First Use

To use this service, customers must complete the online sign-up (Internet Banking registration).
The application method differs depending on whether customers have a Tokyo Star Bank bank card.
Please check the following and proceed using the appropriate method.
After online sign-up (registration), you can use the service by logging in from the login screen.

A Customers with a Tokyo Star Bank bank card

No prior procedures are required to start using this service.
However, you will need your branch number, account number, and bank card PIN number for the procedures, so please contact a TSB representative if you are unsure.

  • *This applies to customers who have an account as of December 22, 2025.
    Customers who open an account on or after December 23, 2025 will need to complete the prior application procedure.

Prior application using paper forms is required. Please contact us to let us know you want to use Tokyo Star Direct (Internet Banking).
Even customers who do not wish to have a bank card issued can use Tokyo Star Direct (Internet Banking), so please talk with a TSB representative.

Tokyo Star Direct (Internet Banking) is free to use.
However, customers are responsible for telephone charges, provider fees, and transaction fees incurred when using internet banking.

Even customers who do not wish to have a bank card issued can use Tokyo Star Direct (Internet Banking).
If you would like to have a bank card issued, please contact a TSB representative.
It usually takes about 2 weeks for the 4-digit PIN number notification form and bank card to arrive.

If you receive an error and cannot sign up online, the reason is that your name, branch number, account number, date of birth, or bank card PIN (bank card and telephone transaction PIN or telephone transaction PIN) differs from the information registered with us. Please check the error code displayed and contact us.

On the Online Sign-up - Agreement to Terms screen, click each link for “Tokyo Star Direct Terms of Use" and "Handling of Personal Information (Privacy Statement)", and after confirming the contents, you will be able to check the consent box.
Clicking the link will open a separate window. After confirming the contents, return to the original screen and check the checkbox.

If you forget your login ID, password, or security question, or if you are locked out, we will reset your account. Please contact us.
Afterwards, please conduct the online sign up (initial registration) again.

To enhance security, you may be asked to enter your security question again after a certain period of time has passed or if the browser settings have been changed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please enter your login security question to proceed.

Yes, you can register in languages other than Japanese and use single-byte alphanumeric characters. However, Chinese characters cannot be entered. Customers using non-resident accounts should enter English letters (e.g. ABC, abc) in the Japanese kana input field.
